Booking conditions

For dinner our restaurants operates in two seatings. The first seating is from 7 to 7:30pm, your table must be released before 9 pm. The second seating starts at 9pm for tables of two. We can seat larger parties starting at 9:15pm.

Online booking only at www.lepotagerdecharlotte.fr/en/booking/. Voucher detail need to be put in the "Message" part of the booking module. This Gift Voucher is not usable to use on a special event/night (Pop up, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, etc,..)

A credit card is mandatory for all group reservations, cancellation without charge is possible up to the day of the reservation before 5pm for dinner and before 10am for lunch. No amount will be charged except in the case of a no show.
